Frequently Asked Questions

If you would like to return any merchandise that we have sent you, you must contact us within 72 hours of receipt,  return it in the same condition we sent it, and we'll refund your  purchase for the item(s), less the shipping & handling charges and a  restocking fee. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

If an item was sent to you sealed (for example, a sealed theme deck) and you opened the item, we cannot accept a return for that item. No exceptions.

If a sealed product is missing/defective, please contact Pokemon

We do our absolute best to ship your item(s) as soon as they are received. Orders placed before 3:30 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship out same day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Saturday will ship out same day. We ship 6 days a week, with Sunday being the only day we do not.

We currently do NOT offer international shipping

All preorder sales are final. Allocations posted for sale are confirmed, however we are not responsible for any manufacturing delays. If there are other items on the order, the entire order will not ship until all preorders release 

All orders at the price of $139.99 and above will receive free shipping when the coupon code "FREESHIP" is used.

The coupon code "ADDMORE"  is available for those who wish to add to their current FREE SHIPPING Preorder, which have already met the requirements for use of the "FREESHIP" coupon. Any additional orders placed using the "ADDMORE" coupon will ship with the products that release last. 

*CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES/APO/FPO ONLY*

 Additionally, if placing an order over the weekend (Saturday after 2PM EST and Sunday), you can use the "ADDMORE" coupon to bundle them for your shipment that goes out Monday.  

Example: Pokemon GO releases 7/1, Divergent Powers tins release 6/17. If you add an order of Divergent Powers tins to your Pokemon Go preorder, the Divergent Powers tins will ship on 7/1.  

We ship via USPS or UPS Ground. We take into account total weight and size of package, as well as shipping time to choose the best option.  

For preorders: We ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground can so you have it on or near launch date.   

For large quantities of already released product (such as a bulk purchase): We may use USPS Parcel Select Ground, however we have not had to use this option yet. We typically use USPS Priority or UPS Ground

Use of this gift card can be redeemed only at Fantasy TCG, LLC. This card cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced.
